Attachment Training Program

It is very difficult to Library Science professionals to take admission in attachment training program . Due to this problem, Library professional does not advance in latest technology which is very useful for Library professionals. In my opinion each Library who is advance in latest technology for Library services should give proper guidance to Library Professionals. It is mandatory to give quality training & latest technology to trainee for their professional development about Library services. In India thousands of Library Science graduate passed out but they have not quality techniques for development of Library. Information Professionals please take this seriously & give an opportunity to their junior professional.
